Fixed glass installations (those that do not operate) such as the windshield and back glass are warranted for as long as you own your vehicle against leakage, except that which occurs as a result of vehicle collision damage or metal deterioration (rust). All operating windows such as the door glass are warranted for 1 year against defects in workmanship.

Rock Chip Repairs Warranty:

The repair process involves the injection of special adhesives into the damaged part of the glass. The degree of success of each repair is a function of several variables. Windshield repairs are warranted as long as you own your vehicle. If a repair fails, or the crack gets larger, we will credit the repair amount toward a new windshield installed by Deep Ellum Auto Glass in the same vehicle.
